Art and Creativity
Creativity is in all of us. There are those who take advantage of this ability in a strong way through art, and those who repress it involuntarily to make room
for concrete elements of everyday life.
Those who live the stress of everyday life believe they no longer have creativity. This is a great mistake.
Creativity is not lost, it hides itself.
It is possible to reawaken creativity and rediscover the state of serendipity, that same state of being that allows children to live lightly and express their true self with joy and energy.
Rediscovering creativity necessarily involves a psychological transformation that frees the “divine mind”.
A free and lightened mind is able to create, spacing in everywhere.
… fell the energy beyond ordinary life …
"I could summarize what I experienced, and that I will bring in my life from now on, with two key words: Love and Perseverance, from today my companions on this journey called existence"

“It has been a unique experience for me, especially contemplating one of Sarah's works, in which I experienced very strong feelings of presence, clarity, profound and absolute silence. A journey in which I lost track of time, where I was captured by a vortex of very deep and intense emotions, of emptiness and completeness at the same time. The lights emanating from the picture carried me into a "world of magical thoughts" in which I literally lost myself ”
“I have finished the workshop and I am very happy that I followed my heart and my instinct. This experience was what my heart needed to find again my essence, and the connection with spirit. Although we were people who didn't know each other, we managed to integrate, and in this first experience I had a great time. I would like to do other things with her. The location is beautiful”.
“Working with Sarah has been an incredible experience; the energy of her art brought me in contact with my deeper self, bringing out feelings and fears that I had unconsciously tried to hide. In fact, I came from two griefs in a few days relating to people very close to me, I thought I had "managed it emotionally", instead the pain was still very present and rooted inside me. Meditation helped me to bring pain to the surface and process it"
